In the early 1960s, Jamaica found its own sound, which in time gave birth to dancehall, rock steady, dub and indeed reggae. That sound was ska, and ska was The Skatalites. It’s an irresistible, infectious party; built for fun, for moving and grooving.

As soon as The Skatalites start playing these songs, you will go to a happy place! You mightn’t know them by name (okay so maybe My Boy Lollipop will ring a bell) but when the music hits, you will feel no pain.
